Membership with Community Services
Your membership shows support for Community Services, which in turn, helps us remain eligible for funding grants. This ensures that we continue to offer quality programs and services to our community. The membership term commences the day following the Annual General Meeting in each year, and expires at the end of the Annual General Meeting in the following year.
Voting members of Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services shall be members who: a) have made application to, and have been accepted as voting members by the Board of Directors; and, b) have paid the membership dues for the current membership year; and, c) have met the qualification period (Bylaw Part 2 - 5. A person who has reached the age of legal majority may apply to the directors for membership in the Society and, on acceptance by the directors, shall be a member and will be entitled to vote 30 days after such acceptance). Please note that membership is free to our volunteers.
