Foundry Ridge Meadows will continue to provide services by telephone and online communication and connections:  free services like: counselling, peer support, primary care, service navigation and connections, harm reduction, food security, sexual health, Netflix parties (yeah!!) or other areas identified.

We’re pleased to announce that more integrated health and social services for young people 12-24 has come to Ridge Meadows! The Youth Wellness Centre (YWC) has become Foundry Ridge Meadows in an effort to provide mental health and substance use support, peer support, physical health and social services from a single place

What is Foundry Ridge Meadows?
Foundry Ridge Meadows is a place where young people 12-24 can access mental health and substance use support, physical health care, peer support, and social services. Foundry makes it easy for young people and their families to find the care, connection and support they are seeking.

What do I need to know?
As the YWC becomes Foundry Ridge Meadows, it will be moving from Golden Ears Family Practice to the YWC’s original location at #2 – 22932 Lougheed Hwy

Youth Wellness Centre 

Hours of Service
Drop In Hours.  Tuesday - Thursday 1 pm - 6 pm.  No referral necessary for Drop In.
Psychiatrist appointment by referral only.
 
Purpose Statement
Support for children and youth facing substance use and/or mental health challenges, and their parents.
 
About Program
If you are a youth living with substance use or mental health challenges this is a safe and informative place.

Our program offers one on one counselling, substance use counselling, primary care and a Youth Navigator who can work with you, and if you wish, your family by setting up individual appointments and linking you to resources that are online and local.

Access to a psychiatrist is only available through a referral from your family doctor.

This program is to connect youth and families with the resources and support they need.  There is no judgement or cost and is confidential.
