Hours of Service
Drop In Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nights 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm.  No referral necessary for Drop In.
Psychiatrist appointment by referral only.
Purpose Statement
Support for children and youth facing substance use and/or mental health challenges, and their parents.
About Program
If you are a youth living with substance use or mental health challenges this is a safe and informative place.

Our program offers one on one counselling, substance use counselling, primary care and a Youth Navigator who can work with you, and if you wish, your family by setting up individual appointments and linking you to resources that are online and local.

Access to a psychiatrist is only availabe through a referral from your family doctor.

Dr. Matthew Chow (youth up to 16 years of age)
Dr. Britt Bright (youth 17-24 years of age)
This program is to connect youth and families with the resources and support they need.  There is no judgement or cost and is confidential.
