Hours of Service
Meet weekly for two hours.  You will be asked to commit yourself to making group attendance a priority and scheduling other appointments around group time.

An opportunity to practice new behaviors in an environment which is both safe and supportive.

About Program
A facilitated support, skills development and maintenance group for individuals living with anxiety and/or depression.  The groups are small (8 – 12 individuals maximum), relaxed and informal.  There is no limit on the number of sessions you can attend for maintenance and support.

Who Qualifies/Eligibility
Individuals living in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows over the age of 18 years who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression.  The group facilitator will assess suitability for participation, and if the group is not currently appropriate, than a referral to other resources will be made.  Please note that this group is predominantly for anxiety and depression and is not an anger management program.
