Maple Ridge, [January 25, 2024] — Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services and Cythera Transition House Society proudly announces the appointment of Kristy Rogge as its new Executive Director. With an impressive 25-year tenure at Community Services, Kristy brings a wealth of experience, having most recently served as the Director of Operations.
Having dedicated her career to community service, Kristy Rogge has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services and in the partnership with Cythera Transition House Society. Her extensive background in social services program development, implementation, and evaluation, along with her proven leadership within the organization make her an exceptional choice to lead as Executive Director.
Lisa Begg, Board Chair for Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services commented, “On behalf of the Board of Directors I want to congratulate Kristy on her new position of Executive Director. Her many years at Community Services, her knowledge and experience are going to be a huge asset and we are looking forward to working with her as Executive Director.”

Kristy’s commitment to the team that she has been a part of for many years will serve us and our clients well as we move forward. Kristy will continue to work closely with the current Executive Director, Vicki Kipps, over the next few months and will take over the helm of Community Services in mid-May, when Vicki is set to retire.
Kipps remarked, “I am thrilled with the Board’s decision to bring Kristy in as our new Executive Director. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Kristy and I can’t say enough about her integrity, work ethic and dedication to our clients and colleagues; she will do amazing things.
