Family Place Community Parenting Centre

Family Place strives to empower families through connection, peer support and enriching programming.

Funded by Ministry of Children and Family Development and CAPC

Develop parenting skills in a safe and supportive environment. Build community connections, find peer support, and access resources relating to parenting and child development for children 0 – 5 years old. Our friendly and diverse centre provides interactive parent/child opportunities with music and movement, literacy, experiential open-ended arts and crafts, age-appropriate sensory play, stimulating science experiments, outdoor play, and healthy snacks. Join us for fun daily activities that promote positive learning outcomes and dress for a mess! The program is drop-in to accommodate busy family life. This program is for parents and grandparents with children aged 0-5.
Family Place follows the School District 42 school holiday schedule.
Closed summers, spring break and winter break.
Reopening September 5th, 2024 .
Monday through Thursday 9:30-11;30
