Funded by The Government of British Columbia
The Seniors Navigation and Peer Support Program provides localized information & referral supports for higher needs, low-income older adults in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows who need one-to-one support to access much-needed services and government benefits.
The Seniors Navigator, along with a team of volunteers, works with seniors in our community by providing information and education to ensure they receive the supports they need to build a strong bridge between them and the community. Providing access to resources, services and government benefits are key aspects of The Seniors Navigator program. Access and knowledge of supports helps build confidence, improve quality of life, and provide a sense of contentedness and empowerment for seniors.
