Thursday Evening Drop-in Support Group
No registration is required, just come as you are! Snacks and refreshments will be available. Support and Community Connection for Survivors
We invite you to join our Thursday evening drop-in support group for women and self-identifying women ages 19 and up who have experienced abuse. This is a safe and welcoming space where you can find support and connect with others who understand your journey.
In our group, we will explore topics that matter to you and work together on building our identities beyond trauma. This group offers more than just support; it includes psycho-educational workshops and discussions that provide practical tools and insights to assist you throughout your healing process.
Our group is a partnership between Stopping the Violence (STV) and Sexual Assault Supportive Services (SAS) programming. Together, we aim to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their stories, learn coping strategies, and build confidence.
What can you expect when you attend?
Each session is intended to be met with compassion and flexibility. Our goal is to create a safe space where we can engage in discussions and activities that promote healing and connection. We want you to feel comfortable and empowered as you walk through the door.
